Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) - Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme for Major and Medium Irrigation/Multipurpose projects for North East, Assam, Bihar, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Odisha, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu States and any other State except mentioned against SPR-II.
2. Polavaram Irrigation Project (National Project)/Polavaram Project Authority.
3. Surface Minor Irrigation Schemes /RRR of Water Bodies of NE States except Sikkim under HarKhetKoPani (HKKP) component of Pradhan MantriKrishiSinchayeeYojana (PMKSY).

2. DIVISIONAL HEAD: SR. JOINT COMMISSIONER (SPR-II)
   PROJECTS SECTION:
1. Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) - Accelerated Irrigation Benefit Programme for Major and Medium Irrigation/Multipurpose projects for the states Chhattisgarh, Goa, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Jammu & Kashmir, Punjab, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana and Gujarat.
2. The advisory Committee of DoWR,RD& GR on Irrigation, Multipurpose and Flood Control Projects. (Clearance of projects from Techno-Economic angle)
3. Investment Clearance of Irrigation, Multipurpose and Flood Control Projects. 
4. National Projects (other than Interlinking of Rivers(ILR) projects
5. The Parliamentary Standing Committee on Water Resources.
6. Funding of 99 prioritized projects being funded through NABARD.
7. Special package for irrigation projects to address agrarian distress in Vidharbha and Marathwada and other chronically drought prone areas in rest of Maharashtra.
8. The Relining of Rajasthan Feeder and Sirhind Feeder project.
9. Works related to the status of projects included under the National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP).
10. Audit and guidelines of PMKSY-AIBP /National Projects and updating of the data/information on various portals.

General

1. Preparation of EFC/Cabinet Note for continuation of above schemes.
2.  Matters related to Audits with respect to above schemes.
3. Maintaining records and data of ongoing schemes under PMKSY-AIBP, Special Package for Maharashtra, Relining of Rajasthan Feeder and Sirhind Feeder project etc.

   3. DIVISIONAL HEAD: SENIOR JOINT COMMISSIONER (MI)

MINOR IRRIGATION SECTION

SURFACE MINOR IRRIGATION

  (i)         Work related to Surface Minor Irrigation (SMI) Schemes under Har Khet Ko Pani (HKKP) component of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY).

  (ii)        To furnish Techno economic comments on the Proposals of Minor Irrigation Scheme.

  (iii)       Examination of schemes for inclusion in the Surface Minor Irrigation (SMI) Scheme.

  (iv)       Release of Central Assistance to States and Union Territories for implementation of Centrally Sponsored Scheme of Surface Minor Irrigation (SMI) under Har Khet Ko Pani (HKKP) component of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY).

  (v)        Preparation and revision of Guidelines of the Surface Minor Irrigation (SMI) Scheme.

REPAIR, RENOVATION AND RESTORATION OF WATER BODIES

  (i)         Work related to Repair, Renovation and Restoration (RRR) of Water Bodies Schemes under Har Khet Ko Pani (HKKP) component of Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY).

  (ii)        To furnish Techno economic comments on the Proposals of Repair, Renovation and Restoration (RRR) of Water Bodies Scheme.

  (iii)       Examination of schemes for inclusion in the Repair, Renovation and Restoration (RRR) of Water Bodies Scheme.
